Everything was perfect—cleanliness was impeccable and the whole staff was welcoming. I’d definitely come back. The room was charming and the quiet made for a great rest. The lodge has many levels accessed by stairs, but that didn’t bother me at all. Breakfast was excellent!

Rui was very clean, new, and meticulous! Nothing else to note.

The chalet with the hot tub was perfect, spacious and super comfortable! We were greeted warmly, the location was great, and breakfast was good. We did have a minor issue with the hot tub on the first day, but the maintenance team fixed it quickly.
