“Air con leaking and when checed in the staff is rude and look down the customer”

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the staff didn't quite meet my expectations. I didn't notice anything particularly impressive during my visit. The overall experience was somewhat marred by the unfriendly demeanor of the hotel staff.

The bathroom was a letdown - it was unclean, with a broken sink and soap holder. The toilet needed to be replaced, with visible yellow stains making it look dirty.

I arrived at the hotel quite late, but the front desk staff were very helpful and had my room ready for me. The room itself was quiet, clean, and well-equipped with a flat-screen TV and fast WiFi; the shower and bed were also very cozy. Overall, I had a pleasant and restful stay.

I truly appreciated the convenience of the 24-hour front desk and laundry service during my stay. After a day of exploring Phra Pathom Chedi, it was wonderful to return to a tidy room, enjoy a warm shower, and relax in a comfortable bed. The hotel's amenities and services made my visit truly enjoyable.
