The place was spotless, the staff were helpful and everything was well organised, and the nearby shops made it very convenient, but there was a lot of smoking inside the building.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The room wasn't clean, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush, and the staff didn't speak English and couldn't assist properly.
