The staff were welcoming and the location was decent, but the room was tired—run down, torn wallpaper, chipped paint, and a very grubby side chair that I would even use to rest my suitcase on. The bed linens were probably clean, yet the overall setting made me doubtful. I paid over $250 for this and definitely felt robbed. Maybe other rooms have been updated, but this one hasn't. Did they reserve it for a client? Has anyone else experienced this? It's my second time getting a substandard room that looked nothing like the photos.
