Air conditioning was busted, and the access roads to the resort street were full of holes and in bad shape.

The location was great, but the sales agents that hover around the lobby every time you walk by are a real nuisance.

The water park was awesome, but some staff keep bothering you to buy apartment shares.

Had an amazing stay. The kids loved the playgrounds and the recreation team was top‑notch, especially with how they handled my autistic son's special needs. Room service and the restaurant were great, food was delicious and reasonably priced for the area, portions were generous, drinks were tasty. Nothing to complain about.
