“Nice Staff”
The staff at this place are super kind, that's about all I can say for now.
“Complete disaster”
The only remotely pleasant things about this place were the fruit vendor, aka the banana guy, and a scarf lady selling stuff outside - that's it. Everything else was a nightmare; they drive bikes and cars right through the lobby, making it dirty and unsafe. The smell of petrol and who-knows-what-else was overwhelming.
“Great Stay”
Staying at The Grand Uddhav was an awesome experience - the staff were really supportive, the rooms were pretty spacious compared to other places nearby, and it's close to all the action. I'd definitely give it a 10 out of 10.
“Friendly Staff, But...”
The staff here are really friendly, which is a plus. However, I was pretty disappointed to find out there was no hot water during winter - that's just not ideal.
“Mixed Experience”
We loved the clean and comfy room in a great spot, and the breakfast on the roof was a nice touch. That said, we had a real problem with loud guests on our floor being super noisy way past midnight. Trying to get them to quiet down didn't work, and sadly, the front desk didn't seem to be able to do much about it either.
