“Ottimo”
The large property had an excellent location. The staff were incredibly kind and courteous, always available. The rooms were a bit dated.

The large, well‑maintained complex was beautiful, with a great pool that had no quiet hours and bath caps. Everything was very tidy. The rooms were spacious and nice. The only downside was the coffee machine in the breakfast room.

The property is truly beautiful and has great potential, but I found it somewhat neglected in maintenance: in some areas the parquet was raised, the doors were loose, and I felt the breakfast could be more varied and abundant. The absolutely positive note was the availability and friendliness of the reception girls. I called because I needed a double round‑plug adapter, and, not having one, they even went out to buy it for me. Also, when I needed to use a PC for work, one of the girls immediately offered to help me personally, even though the property didn’t have a computer for guests. Small touches that really made a difference and I appreciated them a lot. With a bit more maintenance care and a bit more attention to breakfast, the property could be truly beautiful in every way. The room’s cleanliness could be significantly improved. After moving some small furniture to find a suitable outlet, I unfortunately found a lot of dust, and the shower curtain provided had stains.

Excellent! The choice was overwhelming, both sweet and savory. Honestly, everything was great.
