The hosts were polite and kind, and the place was clean and well equipped, yet the mattress was rather uncomfortable.

The family was very kind, the hotel was well maintained with well‑equipped rooms, beautifully flowered, and offered an incredible mountain view. The breakfast before departure was good. We came in summer and enjoyed the city that season. Nothing to complain about – it was already great.

The location is good, the courtyard is very nice, and the hosts are friendly. In the bathroom it would be better to have a shower cabin instead of just tiles, floor, and a shower curtain.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the balcony offered an amazing view of the Pirin Mountains. It’s a 10‑minute walk to downtown, and there are several hot‑spring spas in the nearby village of Banya, about a 15‑minute drive. The mattresses were quite firm, and one night there were loud voices and a barking dog outside, otherwise it was peaceful and quiet.
