The spot is right where you want to be, but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. They never swapped the napkins after the fruit, the knife was still dirty, and the fruit itself had brown spots on the pear and apple. I’m going to look elsewhere next time.

Being right next to an upscale mall with a food court was a big plus, and the streets glow nicely after dark. Our room was tidy and comfy, though a bit tighter than the pictures, and the staff were friendly enough to bring fresh fruit each morning. Breakfast offered a lot of options, but the food quality didn’t match the price, and the front desk struggled with English.

Staying in midtown put us right among the flashiest boutiques, and the meals we had were top‑notch – definitely worth a recommendation.

The carpet in the hallway was never cleaned on a daily basis, which was disappointing.

The hotel sits in a prime area surrounded by malls and luxury shops, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The beds were spacious enough for me and the kids, but we could still catch a whiff of other guests’ smoke even though it’s a non‑smoking zone.
