The place was quiet, but the restaurant staff were not very friendly.

The rooms were very comfortable, but I could hear everything from the floor above; I’m not sure if there were children, but even late at night something was being dropped on the floor and it echoed downstairs.

The location was excellent, the facilities were comfortable and super clean, and the entire staff—especially Esperanza and Neithan—provided exceptional service; I recommend it 120%.

Very good hotel close to the airport. Receptionist Esperanza was very friendly and had the room ready before check‑in time. The hotel is very clean and the pool area is excellent.
