The place and the staff’s kindness were great; we loved the location even though we had a somewhat rushed wake‑up in the middle of the night.

The hotel was pretty and located in town near everything, and the staff were sweet and friendly, but the noise levels were high—you can hear movement and words from everyone on the street and in the rooms next door, and you need to be aware that there are multiple stairs to reach your room.

The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed it, but next time let guests know that it ends at 10:30.

“Disappointing stay”

Its was close to the venue where we had a workshop for the weekend. My family and I attended a workshop close by and really only spend the night there. The check-in was easy and accommodating. However, when we arrived around 21:00, there was a festival in the corridor right next to our room that we were not aware of. The noise was quite loud until the early hours of the morning. I feel that the hotel should have mentioned, when I booked; that there was a festival. This would have impacted my decision to stay there. Then, in the morning when we wanted to shower, and get ready for the day; there was no hot water. Reception asked us to wait 15 min. After 30 min we had to take cold showers (my mom is 80 .) otherwise we were going to be late for our first workshop session of the day. The water was only hot 2 hours after we first made the call. This was really uncomfortable, and disappointing as we were looking forward to our stay, and to at least have a good, warm shower in winter! Reception assured me that this was relayed to the owner, and that he will contact me. It's 4 days later, and I had no communication from them or any offering of a discount or refund. I feel really unhappy how this was handled and although this is an annual workshop, I will never return to Willets. I would also appreciate if could reach out to me to see how this can be rectified

“Super sfeervolle heerlijke kamer”

The room had a nice atmosphere, the shower with a bath, and a terrace. The host was very friendly and helpful.
