The cleaning crew wanted to tidy my room while I was inside and tossed my partial tooth denture out, which made me late for my meeting and caused a lot of distress.

“Clean rooms, ideal for a night but wouldn’t stay much longer”

The rooms were large and clean right in the heart of downtown, but at night the noise from either outside construction or the tram running beside the hotel made it hard to sleep. While some staff were fantastic, others fell short; one member told us to call back in 30 minutes when the next shift would be on as we rang down for a pack‑and‑play.

The location is great, but the check‑in was completely impersonal.

“I would say 7/10”

The beds were exceptionally comfortable with fresh, crisp sheets neatly made, and the bathroom was spotless and well‑maintained, stocked with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning, however, was quite noisy throughout our stay; it seems to be an older model, so a tune‑up or modern upgrade would make a big difference for future guests.

“Für einen Stadtrip nach Calgary eine sehr gute Wahl.”

Gute Lage in Downtown Calgary, es ist alles in ca. 20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Alternativ eine Uber oder Lyft-Fahrt für 8 bis 10 CAD. Die Zimmer sind auch im Standardbereich sehr komfortabel und gross. Alles ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch top. Die Kosten für die Parkgarage sind unschlagbar günstig!!!. Im Grunde war alles ok. Es gibt keinen grossartigen Grund, etwas zu bemängeln. Ein interessantes Hotel in ohne große Minuspunkte
