I spent a truly comfortable time here; the welcome tea was delicious, and arranging a bus to Makumbura was a huge help. The owner was very kind, and the location is excellent.

I only stayed one night, but being just a short walk from Main Street meant I could reach many restaurants, cafés, buses, and taxis within five minutes, which was very convenient. The road in front of the guesthouse is a steep slope, so it might be a bit hard for those with weak legs or traveling with children. The room was clean, the bathroom was tidy, and the hot water was good. There was no air conditioning, so I wondered if it would be too hot at night, but it was actually cool enough that I didn’t need a blanket, though it might depend on the season. The fan was dusty, so I had to clean it before using it.

Everything was great. The owners are lovely. It’s in a great location. The room was very clean.

The location is good. The room was clean. The shower is a wet room like many places in Sri Lanka, so everything gets wet.
