The location and tranquility are nice, but the house is dark and smells musty.

Nothing good. The place is unhygienic, under unsafe construction, dangerous, not as advertised. The electricity is above a “jacuzzi” that isn’t one. There are cockroaches, smelly linens, unemptied bins, a broken and foul third bed that can’t be used, and no nearby parking. The owner is unwelcoming, all for an exorbitant price.
