The staff and the property met our expectations; Juan was super professional, kind, and available throughout our stay, giving us useful tips on nearby beaches, activities, and restaurants. The parking was an issue – Hotel Victoria is in a green zone and their parking costs 20 euros a day, which is pretty pricey, especially since the casino offers the same rate; a lower price for guests would be welcome.

The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. The room was clean. The staff were friendly, especially Mr. Tito at the reception.

The hotel is modest and clean, with a 24‑hour reception. Two minutes to the beautiful beach. Umbrellas can be rented for €4 a day. Daily housekeeping. The AC works well, and the street is quiet. The hotel is good, but the food is very lacking. Breakfasts were very poor, it was late September. It’s better not to book breakfast and just drop by once to see if it suits you. For me that’s an important part of starting the day. The coffee at the hotel is not tasty, it’s instant. The woman at breakfast was unpleasant, giving too much unnecessary attention, and when I brought an unfinished sandwich she scolded me. So I went to other hotels for breakfast; the prices are the same everywhere.

Nice beds, friendly and helpful staff, and close to the beach and the pedestrian street with all the restaurants, bars and shops! My party had to change rooms twice on the 9th because the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the first room, the second room smelled bad from the drain and the toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor so it started leaking water, which forced another room change. We had told them in advance that one of us has an airborne citrus allergy, the hotel said it understood but still did nothing about it. Lemons and oranges were everywhere, sliced and peeled, making the situation difficult for my party. All they said was that we should sit as far from the fruit as possible in the dining hall, but that hardly helps an airborne allergy!
