Metrohill Hotel

The staff were very friendly, especially Ayden. The location is perfect, close to the metro and tram. Breakfast was of good quality. The rooms are small, feel damp, otherwise nothing to note.

“Excellent”

Being just a five‑minute walk from both tram and metro was extremely convenient and the hotel staff were very friendly. The room was a little small for three people, but since we only needed a place to sleep it wasn’t a problem.

The staff at this hotel were very responsive and accommodating, which was a big plus. However, I did experience some issues upon arrival, as I was initially given a different room and had to spend a night in another hotel before being moved to the correct one.

“Procurem outros hoteis paa se hospedarem!”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which was marred by a series of unfortunate events. Upon arrival, I was informed that my booking had been cancelled due to a discrepancy in the price, despite having confirmed it through the booking platform just hours earlier. I later discovered that this was not an isolated incident, and that the hotel had a history of cancelling bookings at the last minute.

I was shocked when we were not given our rooms despite having a confirmed booking. The hotel's reception was unhelpful and uncooperative. The only positive aspect was the hotel's location, which was convenient for exploring the city. However, the experience was marred by the hotel's poor management and lack of communication.
