The common areas were poorly secured; the room door could only be closed with a simple hook, and while we were out smoking, a couple left at the same time and the man was literally masturbating in the open. I don’t recommend the place. The jacuzzi wasn’t very clean, the lamp couldn’t be turned on.

The peace was great. The heat was a problem because there was no air conditioning for the summer; otherwise it would have been perfect.

The décor, the room itself, the large parking lot, and the spa were all good. The hallway toilets had no soundproofing between suites, a couple across the hall were constantly arguing, the phone contact who was supposed to call me to tell me where the remote was simply ignored and we had no remote… and the bed was completely soft and uncomfortable.

“J aurais mieux fait de m abstenir de réserver chez eux”

They claimed there was air conditioning, but we only got a floor‑standing fan without a protective grille, a small column fan, and neither provided any coolness, especially during the intense heat. The lighting that looked appealing in the photos was non‑functional, the so‑called smart TV was actually a gaming screen without speakers and no remote, the jacuzzi was filled with irritating chemicals, there was no private toilet but a shared one, no functional lighting in the room, and the bed was really mediocre… at 180 € per night I’d rather stay at an ibis for 80 € where everything works, even if there’s no jacuzzi! The staff even stopped answering me during the evening when I asked about the equipment. Truly pitiful, I strongly recommend against this establishment.
