The large room had a rustic feel, the bathroom was modern, and the staff were friendly; however, the breakfast offered only a small selection, no fresh bread—just rolls packed in small packets, no cooked eggs, and the coffee didn’t taste like the bean coffee we had in the restaurant in the afternoon, plus the bathroom lacked a hair‑dryer holder.

The old traditional building, lovely restaurant and breakfast room, and plentiful food made for a perfect stay.

“Good accommodation, friendly and helpful staff”

The accommodation was comfortable and of good quality, but breakfast was poor and the room had no facilities for making tea or coffee.

The balcony was great for relaxing outside with a nice beer taken from the floor below, the location was excellent right in the city center, and the breakfast was superb; nothing to report.

The price and central location in the Black Forest were positives, but I didn’t receive clean towels every day.
