The place had a good location and was definitely a decent standard. With only three stars, we wouldn’t expect things like mosquito nets in the middle of the forest or spotless rooms for families with small children. There is one elevator that only holds four people, but it should at least run faster. The food quality is subjective, but we chose other accommodations for half‑board. The cleaning crew waited until we left the elevator, which was a hassle for the kids. I rarely write reviews, mostly negative, but this place doesn’t deserve a 4‑star rating, especially since the price reflects that.

The food was tasty and the rooms were comfortable. We wanted to relax, but the hotel was noisy because of the many children.

The room was fine. The building could have been nice 15 years ago, but the interior needs a serious renovation.

The food was very good and plentiful. We requested two separate rooms that could be combined, and the two‑room setup ended up being fine. It was true that there was only one bathroom, but it could accommodate two families.

The room was elegantly furnished with excellent beds, the staff were helpful and friendly, the animators were great and the kids loved them, the programs were very child‑friendly, the area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation, the kitchen was outstanding— the lecsó, liver, and almost every dish were superbly prepared, flavorful, divine seasoning, the kids always found something tasty: fish sticks, fried meat, bolognese. The only major issue was the lift: a single lift served the entire hotel, it was slow, old, and completely unworthy of such a hotel. The other complaint was the pool sizes: too few and not large enough for the number of guests, overcrowded most of the day, not suitable for sports or swimming, nor for an experience pool; it seemed stuck in a “neither‑neither” state.
