The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help; the ladies were on hand at all times, even arranging a Taobao delivery for us and buying tickets to the panda reserve, leaving us thoroughly impressed.
The room was clean and spacious, though the air conditioning didn’t perform as well as I had expected; it was cleaner than the rest of the hotel, but the location isn’t ideal if you want to be in the city center, and the lobby and other areas of the hotel aren’t as beautiful as the room.
We had a wonderful stay: the room was spacious, modern, and very clean, and my kids loved the surprise toys waiting for them, which made them feel welcome; we also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, and the hotel staff—every single person from morning to night—were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to meet our needs, giving us a feeling of genuine care; the airport shuttle service costs 100 RMB round‑trip, which is absolutely worth it for its convenience and reliability, making travel stress‑free; overall, an excellent experience that we would definitely repeat, though the Wi‑Fi is limited for international travelers who don’t have a Chinese mobile provider, restricting access to certain apps, and this could be improved.
