“Logement qui ne correspond pas pour un groupe”
The rooms were spacious with nice bathrooms, but the shared kitchen was a disaster: no toaster, no coffee machine (only a tiny Italian kettle that doesn't work on induction, and the induction plate itself fails on some burners), no corkscrew even though there was a wine cellar, a microwave that smelled burnt so we avoided it, and a kettle full of limescale that peeled off the plates. We complained to the agency from arrival until departure, yet nobody came. We also had to stack trash for a week because there were no recycling bins on the street, as the instructions said. The agency always replied with the same message that they would fix it quickly, but they never did. This listing on Booking misrepresented the amenities, and the place isn’t suitable for groups who want to cook. It was a family trip that got a bit ruined by this accommodation, but Italy was still beautiful and we’ll keep good memories.
