The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was too small for the large bed, felt cramped, the chair was worn out, almost broken, and the cleanliness could be better.

I loved how close it was to the Blue Mosque and how near public transport was; the bus stop was 4 minutes away, which was handy when the shuttle dropped me off from the airport. The staff were super friendly and helpful; I was on the ground floor across from reception and always stopped by to ask for something or get advice, which was given warmly. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating! The ground floor can get quite stuffy and a bit misty, but it didn’t bother me much for the price and location; just let it air out a bit and it was fine.
