“Good location but very unfriendly staff tarnished our stay.”

The location is good and the cleaners did a great job on the room, but having cleaning every three days when you’re only staying for four days feels silly. The staff were very rude and unhelpful, which spoiled our stay.

Very well located, close to everything and the metro, with laundry facilities available. The staff are a bit cold. Otherwise, nothing to note.

“Very Good hotel at a good price in a great neighborhood.”

The location is very nice, just on the east bank of the river, within walking distance of many attractions and close to subway, rail, and bus connections. The room was a good size and comfortable. No complaints.

The room is quite spacious. There is no natural light, and the window cannot be opened to ventilate because it smells very strong of outside cigarette smoke.
