The value was amazing, the staff were friendly, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the location in Kyoto was great.

The room was tasteful, spotless, and fully equipped; we especially appreciated the roomy rain shower and the fact that each of us received two pillows of varying firmness. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I had a medical issue that required urgent attention, and the reception lady not only arranged calls to several clinics but secured an appointment with a nearby doctor that very same morning. Thanks again for your kindness and support.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé dans la ville, proche de la gare, personnel très accueillant avec un verre d’arrivée! Propreté au top!!
