Monique, our host, was welcoming and accommodating, and we loved staying here, so we highly recommend it and would stay again if we return to Leiden. The only suggestions are to add a make‑up mirror in the suite for two women traveling together, and a fan, as it was quite warm outside during our stay.

The location is absolutely perfect! The train station, Leiden University, and the city market are all a comfortable 10-minute walk or less. Tea, coffee, and toiletries were available. Monique paid attention to every detail. She was easy to communicate with, and even complemented us with a bottle of champagne upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. We highly recommend Monique's loft for a party of two or three!
