The room was huge but uncomfortable because there was no fan, no AC, and the windows were broken. The location was gorgeous. The buffet food was terrible; I’d rather eat outside.

“Refreshing..!!”

Fresh air, cool nights, and pleasant afternoons made this hotel worth staying at. The property is partly surrounded by tea farms, which is a nice touch for someone from Mumbai like me. The view from both my room and the terrace was amazing. Staff, especially Shankar, were helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. When I asked, the owner upgraded our room because my 80‑year‑old mother was traveling with me—thanks to him. Don’t miss the Kashmiri dishes; the restaurant sits on top of the property and you can sip tea or coffee while taking in the stunning view. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and my mom loved it, which was my top priority. Transportation was expensive for getting around or sightseeing. Breakfast was mediocre; aside from the omelette, nothing matched my expectations.

“Pricey but overall good”

The stay was comfortable, and the property kept a small garden full of flowers, big rooms, and a limited but tasty food menu. The price felt a bit high for what was offered, but I stayed during peak season.
