The facilities are excellent and the staff are super friendly; there’s nothing negative to mention, the stay was very pleasant.

The hotel was renovated and very clean, and the slides provide plenty of fun for kids, but the all‑you‑can‑eat buffet was chaotic and lacked variety; they claimed an Italian themed dinner, yet the pizza and pasta were the same as the previous day, only the napkin color changed.
