The location is excellent and the breakfast was very good. The room I stayed in wasn’t clean; I found hairballs on the floor. The bathroom had a leak from the room above. When I arrived for check‑in, the apartment I had booked was already occupied and I was moved to another one, but they tried to offer me an upgrade for an extra charge as if it were a favor. I asked about the original reservation room and they confirmed that my originally booked apartment had been taken by other guests. Some staff seemed angry at the presence of guests, especially when someone asked a question at breakfast.

It’s simple but cozy, very well located. The staff were attentive. The air‑conditioner didn’t work.
