The room was just average, nothing special. From the first morning until bedtime, the owner Vincent was extremely rude and drunk, showing me photos of all his female companions and bragging about them. The pool was more like a green pond with toads and snakes, the garden was unkempt, and the crazy golf course hadn’t seen a player in years. The location is 20 minutes out of town with nothing nearby or within walking distance—an awful place run by a miserable, intoxicated man.

Everything was perfect! The managers are lovely and generous. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Ubon. Nothing to complain about.

Vincent was a very friendly, intelligent, and well‑traveled man, and I enjoyed chatting with him. The room was comfortable.

There was no water tap; the owner filled the glass, but judging by everything in the hotel, it’s not surprising.
