Staff were pleasant, but the property felt a bit run down.

The room wasn’t very clean; there were no cups and it was just dirty.

The price of the room was acceptable, but the bed sheets had stains, the shower didn’t drain properly, the toilet rocked side to side, and the tile on the floor and walls in the bathroom were dirty/stained. Two towels for two people over two nights were not enough, and the very old motel’s landscape needs a lot of work.

We only stayed one night out of two because it was so bad—dirty, with just enough toilet paper for one night, old and smelly; this is my second bad motel through you. Goodbye. I can find better rooms on my own or through another app. We ended a weekend that was supposed to be a birthday present because of the facility. Why would you list a place like that? Surely you didn’t visit before adding it as a choice. If someone did, they should be fired.
