“Decepcionant”

It’s near the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, and the breakfast was quite decent, but it’s nowhere near a five‑star hotel; the place feels quite neglected with dusty windows, stained towels, old furniture, and poor soundproofing.

Staff were amazing everyone was so helpful facility is soo beautiful and so close to everything. Asma Thin and Asoma were very helpful along with the daily servicing boys. So friendly and always welcoming. we definitely be back

“مكان نظيف وخدمة ممتازة، لكن وجود الجرذان قرب المسبح وعدم التعامل معه أفسد جزءاً من راحتنا.”

كانت إقامتنا في الفندق جيدة بشكل عام. المكان جميل ومريح، والنظافة ممتازة، والطاقم متعاون ويقدّم خدمة راقية ويتعامل بلطف واحترام مع الضيوف. لاحظنا وجود جرذان بجانب المسبح مرتين خلال إقامتنا، وأبلغنا الموظفين بذلك، لكننا لم نلمس أي استجابة جدية أو إجراء واضح لمعالجة الأمر. هذه مشكلة مهمة جداً تؤثر على راحة النزلاء وشعورهم بالأمان والنظافة، وتستحق اهتماماً فورياً من الإدارة
