The hotel is clean, the area is quiet, the thermal pool is nice, and the staff are friendly. The hotel lacks a pool and a hair dryer, even though they’re listed in the room amenities. It’s the first hotel where the breakfast coffee and the half‑liter water bottle aren’t included in the price.

I was hoping for a spot in the heart of Chiflika, and it lived up to that—close to the mountain paths. The place was spotless, and the staff always answered when I needed them without being intrusive. The food was tasty and generous. My daughter, who is very demanding, gave it a perfect 10. There are several menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you can choose freely or even have it all you want. The pool is a small, semi‑covered mineral one, which is great because the mountain weather is cooler. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

The food was excellent—home‑made, varied, and plenty. The staff were polite and responsive. The pool is more like a jacuzzi in size, but it works well for cold weather.
