The only plus is the convenient location, with cafés, shops, and bus stops nearby. Breakfast isn’t included, the curtains don’t close completely, the air conditioner didn’t work, cleaning wasn’t done, the water wasn’t changed, and it was absolutely terrible.

The place was awful, like a post‑apocalypse scene; the bed was split in half, everything around was wreckage, and I had to wait two hours for a new bed—do not recommend it.

“I stayed in many hotels, I will this one the worst”

Location. Staff are not helpful all I had to wait for 2 hours to get my room, I booked a family suite unfortunately this option was not available they gave me two single bed rooms, and I had to wait for two hour two get the rooms

Do not book this place at all; it’s a total nightmare—filthy, chaotic and terrible in every way. They promised a shuttle from the airport but never provided a return ride, gave false information, ignored messages, and the interior was disgustingly dirty; I waited from night until the next midday for paper and water and got nothing when I checked out. If the reservation weren’t non‑refundable I would have smashed it, it made me sick, stay away and heed the warning!
