“Small modern B&B with gorgeous terrace”

A smart B&B with a stunning terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. I stayed in the balcony room, which was spacious with a generous bathroom and a comfortable bed. A second armchair would have been nice. The main drawback is the neighbourhood: Castellammare di Stabia is a convenient base for visiting Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, and other spots with plenty of trains and boats, but it’s quite run‑down—trash, graffiti, and poorly maintained buildings. If you’re after an authentic Southern Italy experience and want to avoid overly touristy areas, this is the place for you!

“Would recommend!”

Our room matched the photos—clean and lovely. The terrace was gorgeous, with comfy sunbeds, well‑kept plants and flowers, and it was very quiet. La Chiaja is close to several restaurants and lively at night. Huge thanks to Mariarosaria at reception for her brilliant bar, restaurant, and shop tips, and for booking dinner recommendations for both nights. It would have been better if there were a bar on site; the “happy hour” was unclear—no one knew if we could just go and help ourselves. Also, the cava was left in warm temperatures, so it wasn’t very pleasant.
