“Extra”

This guesthouse is housed in a beautiful, large stone house surrounded by trees, offering high‑quality services. The rooms and common areas (kitchen, dining room) are spacious, the sheets are soft and the bedding excellent, everything is very clean, and the equipment and services provided exceed our expectations. There is a washing machine and free laundry detergent. We were greeted by a young woman who was very friendly, courteous and professional. The breakfast she served us the next day was especially good, with plenty of sweet and savory items (crêpes, pancakes, croquettes, salad, fromage blanc, fresh fruit, etc). I recommend it! Nothing negative.

The property is new and welcoming. The room is very large and even has a kitchen. The garden of peaches is well tended. The breakfast is not to be missed! Nothing to complain about.

The apartment is spacious, though a bit lacking in furnishings. The spot is great for visiting monasteries and wine cellars. There are no wardrobes to store clothes.

The surroundings are very green in the Areni wine region.

The place felt brand‑new, right down to the tiniest details. Every room came stocked with disposable slippers, soap, and even a personal toothbrush‑and‑toothpaste kit, and the kitchen was fully equipped. In the garden the owners let us pick peaches from the trees – they were honestly some of the best I’ve ever tasted.
