“Libre con mi silla de ruedas”
As a wheelchair user, I appreciated feeling free in the apartment, no issues showering, with suitable dimensions and access. The terrace was wonderful, quiet, surrounded by nature. The only problem was difficulty communicating with the property. Before arrival everything was perfect. Once there, for a couple of issues we had, it took two days to get a reply (the owner was aware because we had notified them). Specifically, the extractor fan was broken, and they answered curtly, “yes, it needs repair” (I have the WhatsApp). The other issue was that the bedroom mosquito net was very deteriorated and had a huge hole, so we chose not to open it at night because various flying and non‑flying insects entered and some left us nasty bites. They didn’t respond to that either. Basically, proper maintenance is needed.
