The staff were very friendly and helpful, full of local knowledge and tips; breakfast was fresh and delicious, the self‑serve mini‑bar had crisp and chocolate bars, everything was very clean, the location was great, and the Chimagaou card was included.

“Really nice hotel in a great location”
The place is great and spotless, and I liked the unmanned honesty shop on the landing – super handy! When we got there, the bathroom had a strong odor.
Communication was excellent from the start, all questions answered quickly and we even got an early check‑in after discussion, which was worth the 9.5‑hour journey; Jakob, the host, was simply amazing—friendly and always helpful; the beds were very cozy and the balcony view outstanding; breakfast left no room for complaints; we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The pool and steam bath are right next door, and the Chiemgaucard is included; the staff are friendly. The construction site is annoying, the water was problematic at first, and there’s no insect screen on the windows.
