The location was good, but there was no air‑conditioning in the rooms. In winter the hotel feels more suited to summer. The rooms face the kitchen area, so you can’t open the window and you end up suffocating from the heat.

“Low value for high money.”

The bed was wide, but the staff woke us during the night to fix a payment system glitch and to confirm our breakfast time. The hotel’s facilities were lacking, and although they advertised a playground, everything there was broken.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming family-run guesthouse in a picturesque valley near Prizren. The modern rooms were spotless, and the restaurant served an incredible breakfast, not to mention the excellent food throughout the day. The staff's warm hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return and experience it all again.
