I really appreciated the hospitality of the people. The space itself could be improved; there was trash on the floor and the room had a lot of dust. I think each room should have a cleaning kit with a bucket, sponge, broom, and shovel for guests to use.

“Decepção”

The daily rate and working air conditioning were the only positives. The old installation was on the top floor of a rarely frequented bar/restaurant, and the setting was unpleasant in every way. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was in poor condition (toilet lid loose, shower broken). Staying there was extremely uncomfortable, and we felt no security because the room door was fragile and the location was on the edge of a highway. I have never had such large complaints before and I suggest the company carefully evaluate the properties it partners with.

I really enjoyed spending those days here; the environment and the people were very pleasant, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was wonderful, and the rooms were immaculate. We will definitely return and bring more friends to Nefama.

Da simpatia dos funcionários. Não tem higiene, a limpeza do quarto em 5 noites foi feita apenas 1 vez. A piscina não é para uso exclusivo dos hóspedes. Precisam mesmo de melhorar, é pior que um motel na route 66 dos EUA
