The hotel looked nice, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the other restaurants were also very good. Nothing was wrong; it was perfect.

The location and gardens were nice. The room had worn-out sinks that didn’t drain, the shower made a loud noise every time I turned it on, sometimes the water was cold, the cleaning was poor, and on the last day a dress disappeared from a suitcase.
