Everything was superb: the location, the staff, the cleanliness. I have nothing to complain about!

The hotel really lived up to expectations; it was spotless and the staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive—especially Mr. ELVAN and YOUCEF, whom I want to thank for their assistance. The breakfast was very varied and rich. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return, insha'Allah.

What a fantastic hotel! It’s right next to the tram and in the middle of shopping areas, and it’s definitely worth the price. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices. I’ll be sure to stay here again on my next vacation in Istanbul.

We were lucky to stay at Momento Hotel during our Istanbul vacation. The staff were very polite and always ready to help with everything. Our room was cleaned daily. The breakfasts were tasty. The location is very convenient because the tram stop and the Grand Bazaar are close by.
