The hotel is very well located, spotless, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Great stay! The location is central, close to the old quarter, the room was very clean and the bedding comfortable. The staff were very friendly and flexible. Breakfast was hearty and varied, offering Vietnamese and continental options with plenty of fruit. I recommend it without hesitation!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast quality needs improvement. The rooms are relatively small and the window facing the internal stairwell is not ideal—having no window at all would be better.

The staff were nice and helpful (with a minor exception) and the comfort is good for the price and location. I find it irresponsible that we were not informed we had to pay in cash, forcing me to withdraw money with an extra ATM fee that could have been avoided. Additionally, the cook blatantly ignored my request for an omelette and was oddly rude and unpleasant.
