I enjoyed the breakfast, but when I finished my bill I was hit with a convenience fee and there was no four‑hour service, which was annoying.

Nothing good; I’m a frequent traveler and I’ve never seen a hotel so bad. The staff were unpleasant and made no effort to communicate. The hotel was poorly insulated, so it was extremely noisy. The rooms were very basic. The breakfast was low‑quality. It was very expensive for what it was, not even worth two stars!
