The location is great and the staff are helpful, but the courtyard and corridor are a bit noisy because of the construction site next door.

Friendly staff who always helped me around the hotel, but they never mentioned the tuk2 service; on the last day I only discovered that they could send us to BTS Victory Monument, so I walked there twice on my own. Haha, probably a miscommunication.

The hotel is very comfortable, very nice, the pool is good.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful, though there was a mosquito in my room; they moved me to a higher floor room quickly.
