I booked this place about two weeks ahead, but when I got there it was nothing like the pictures. There was no front desk, just a shop‑like counter, and the staff tried to drag me into a room next to a spa in a kind of shopping‑center vibe. I was shocked, and I was lucky I hadn't paid in advance – otherwise I'd probably never get my money back. Avoid this place; it feels like a scam.

The metro stop was super close, but the hotel itself was a mess. The furniture was old and the place was noisy – the walls were thin, so you could hear traffic even on the 23rd floor. Breakfast was awful, not even good for the Chinese. And finding the hotel was a nightmare; even the taxi driver couldn't locate it on the first day.

I had no positive points to mention. The hotel claims a 5‑star rating, but it feels more like a dorm or a 2‑star place. As soon as I saw the room, I refused to stay, yet the staff wouldn't refund me and even held a day's fee even though I never used the room. The place was filthy – dust and hair on the floor, dirty walls, a toilet so grimy you wouldn't touch the tap, a kitchen counter with food residue, and a peephole glued with a girl in a bow.
