The cleanliness of the hotel was a major plus - the room was spotless and well-maintained. However, the lack of a breakfast bar and the underperforming fridge in our room were a bit of a letdown. Still, it was a decent stay, and the hotel's staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had some major issues. There was no hot water, no soap, and the TV didn't work at all. It was pretty disappointing considering how much I was expecting from the place.
