Everything was absolutely perfect: the owners treated us exquisitely, the breakfast was among the best in variety and quality, the pool and spa suited the space well, and the restaurant offered good food at fair prices—definitely a place to return to.

The breakfast buffet and location were good, but the shower floor was extremely slippery and lacked a handle; the outdoor pool wasn’t heated, and two of the three restaurants were closed, which was very disappointing.

The hotel was very cozy and we enjoyed our stay, but we booked a room with air conditioning and the room had none, making sleep uncomfortable; when I asked, I was told we were upgraded, yet the new room also lacked AC, which was disappointing after paying for a room with AC.

The staff were very friendly, the place was exclusive and relaxing, the breakfast was excellent with many regional products, the parking service was very helpful—everything was just perfect, and there were no issues.

The ambiance was wonderfully stylish, everything was perfectly coordinated, both inside and in the culinary offerings; the hosts were close to guests and down-to-earth, the young staff—especially at the bar in the evenings—were truly competent, and the wellness area was very appealing, though we couldn’t use it because of time constraints and will return.
