The rooms were comfortable, with good beds and bathrooms, but the constant noise from some kind of pump kept me from sleeping.

“The rudeness of the staff will keep me from ever going back to this place!”

The location was convenient, but the staff were rude. When my son tried to heat food in a microwave‑safe plate, it broke in half and the staff accused him of lying, saying they'd never seen that happen before, and demanded $20 to replace it—an unreasonable charge for a cheap plate. I paid almost $700 for a two‑night stay, yet the manager never returned my call or email, and I couldn't reach them again after leaving my number. I've never experienced a hotel charging for something like this or blaming a guest. The customer service was very poor.

The mini kitchen was great, complete with a fridge, sink, plates, bowls, and more.

“It wasn't worth what I paid for it.”

I didn't even know breakfast was offered, but it was close to where I needed to go. The tub jets were dirty, the tub itself was uninviting and really needs replacement, yet the beds were comfortable.
