The comfort and clean facilities were great, but the water pressure was very low.

The bed was comfortable, but checking in was a hassle with too much paperwork and a chaotic front desk; there was a long line and no backup staff even late at night, and no signs reminding guests to keep quiet in the corridors leading to rooms, so people coming out of the lifts were loud and behaved as if they were on a high street, disturbing those trying to sleep. The management was bad.

The noise at 5:30 am was awful, with people shouting and no empathy; the cleaning staff had to clean the room next to us and the one in front, and the noise and voices were much worse than at 10 am, which was still disruptive even though we understand they have to do their jobs after staying up all night. Thanks for everything! 😊😊
