Nothing positive; everything was a 70s motel in every way, never updated, just a sad, decrepit motel!

“I probably won’t be back at all sorry”

Going to the beach. Having the right amount of beds for the stay my kids had to sleep on a hard lounge not a fold out one either when we booked for 5 kids 2 adults Having to ask to use the facilities eg the bbq it was like it was a inconvenience for him to turn it on

“Long weekend family trip”

We enjoyed the upper level; the executive suite is quite spacious for a family of 4 & I loved that the kids had their own bedrooms separate from the adults Kids enjoyed the pool area, and we all loved having the lake right across the road. Staff are absolutely lovely & so welcoming! Bed was comfy, and enjoyed the spa bath! Tv & mini fridge in living areas were nice, we enjoyed watching the Grand Finial while relaxing on the sofa bed. Overall we all enjoyed our stay, for the long weekend & a lake front view it was very cheap for a family of 4 booked last minute. We would stay again but without children. Location is perfect, away from all the busyness yet close enough to everything you’ll need. Cons, LOTS of sketchy people staying at the hotel, up all hours of the night yelling & fighting (dr0gs), i definitely would NOT bring children here again, in saying that being on the upper level made it easier than being downstairs & right next door to them. the kitchen area in the exc suite had mice droppings. spa bath was dirty & I had to clean it properly before use (previously persons hair, dust etc) bedding had blood stains & roof was rotting by the door

“To pay the sum of $170, was a complete ripoff, would never recommend, the advertising was not a patch on what you got…”

The bathroom was disgusting: the shower desperately needed re‑tiling and cleaning, the tap on the basin wobbled, the floor drain stank when water ran, the curtain was old and needed replacing, the linen on the bed was obviously not professionally cleaned, the curtains hung off the rod, the crockery was chipped, there was only one glass for two people, and there was graffiti on the table.
